They have numerous cases including my new case with the Office of Financial Regulation of FLORIDA. This case has been
submitted to the states prosecutions office. My client Emilio Hernandez was a victim of $9,550.00. (GFllc) models their business
as a finance company for commercial leasing equipment.

valued at $120,000.00. (GFllc) reps stated that he was approved but they never proceeded the application; they basically abandoned
Emilio and kept the $9,550.00. Emilio is Spanish speaking only, (GFllc) presented a contract in English. My client was deceived
