FDCPA ( Fair Debt collection Practices Act )
Concern ove debt collection tactics in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act of 1978.
The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act commonly referred to as the FDCPA is codified at (15 U.S.C. subsection
1692 ).
The Texas Debt Collection Act imposes certain requirements and prohibit certain kinds of conduct with respect
to debt collection. The Texas Debt Collection Act references the FDCPA and several of the provisions are nearly identical.
Unlimited Recoveries will not obtain information for any person(s) with intent to harm or endanger another
life. Nor will we provide information to any person(s) to use information against another person for personal gain.
A full and detailed application will be required on any private person(s) needing information on another private
citizen.
